Help!!!!! My ee app is constantly crashing now. I have a SG22 ultra.The app let's me in but when I goto share data it hangs and crashes. Very very glitchy and sticky when Trying to open it ? ? ?

Why is my SIM number connected to an email account that doesn't belong to me?

Why is my account and my SIM numbers connected to an email account that doesn't belong to me? When I use my email address to login, it's prompt my SIM number linked another email address and I can't changed it, that's make me feel confused.
