I went to store to link my account gave email and everything. Now when I log on, I don't see my account and when I try to link again it says number is linked to another account. I already wasted one hour on the store with this. Does anyone have similar problem? Issue started when swith from pay as you go to pay monthly

@erd , your problem is that you cannot link pay as you go to pay monthly account. You need to ring customer service to reset your account to start again, and then register again with your monthly account.
