Link a device

Hi,

Hope anyone can help me. I can't use the app to manage my data or see my usage, it keeps on saying "Link your device". I've done this multiple times now, it even says "you have already linked this device" but I am not able to use the app at all. What am I supposed to do?

Also to give some context, I moved back to EE  from Vodafone. Now my profile still shows my old number but there is no way to change this, although my account shows the correct number.

Anyone can help? I just want to be able to login and see my data
