Why does the app not load my details, keeps saying cant connect to the servers

This would need to be looked into for you to see why this is happening with your app and the EE account online, to do this please give us a call on 150.

@Lee19803 , I would suggest deleting it, rebooting the device and reinstalling it to see if that sorts it out, also if that does not work, ask customer service to reset your account.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

I tried deleting it etc...but still the same

Yes i can but if i wanna upgrade my phone or add say a games console to my plan it wont let, cant add anythanything to my basket, app is just rubbish, been like it for months yet not been fixed
