I can only view my ee mobile phone bill, not the one for my broadband account. I rang customer services about 5 days ago and they linked my accounts so that I should be able to see both. However, I still cannot and therefore cannot check that my bills are correct. Also, can I get paper copies of my bills sent to me?

I am sorry to hear you are unable to view the broadband bills, to get this looked into please get back in touch with our broadband care team and they can check what has been completed on the previous call and help you further.
The team can also look into setting up paper billing for you.
