I ordered an upgrade but then cancelled it due to wrong address for delivery. I called and got the order cancelled and was told I wouldn't be charged. I have now got my bill with £50 brought forward for the new phone that I never received.

Thanks for coming to the community.
There is a chance that the bill had already been created before the order was cancelled. If that was the case, it would be reflected on the next bill.
I don't have access to your account to check for sure, but if you give our customer service guides a call they can bring up the bill and check exactly what is happening.
