I recently paid my bill on the 17th of June and I have had my services restricted telling me I have an outstanding bill when I know I have only just paid it now I can no longer make calls and I rely on my phone for a lot of support could anybody help at all please in what I should do going forward

I need to contact customer services by using another phone or go to an EE store to get this sorted, but you would also need to go with a photo ID, so that they can take a look for you, we cannot do nothing here in this public forum, we have no account access.
