Made a payment on Friday 19/06/2026 and even though it is showing in my Payments section, it is not showing as my account being in credit before my bill being due tomorrow - I have never missed a payment in the 11 years of being with EE and this is causing me anxiety and stress

Just to check, do you pay by direct debit each month and the payment is due tomorrow?
Could you text BALANCE to 150, does the reply show the payment has been received and the bill has been paid?
