Resolved! Cancelled contract, refund required

Hi, I cancelled the contract beginning of the month, but forgot to cancel the direct debit, so I was charged again, this morning. How can I go about requesting a refund please?

Hi there,I recently got my phone and have paid my initial bill but now it’s asking me to pay a new bill and when i check it, it says it’s due in december, but keeps charging me even though my regular bills don’t come till near the end of the month.
