Whenever I attempt to check remaining balances or open a bill I get an error message and a suggestion to ring EE. I can’t access remaining minutes etc either. I’ve attempted to text balance and bill to 150 but that shows an error also. Wondering if anyone’s experienced this and resolved it without having to ring them.

You mention an error being shown when you text balance or bill to 150... can you be more specific about what this error is? Perhaps send a screenshot or copy&paste the error into a reply?

Are you on contract or PAYG? It is rare these days to not have unlimited mins. on contract. OTOH there are no bills with PAYG.
