Broadband issue

Hi I’ve successfully attached the broadband to the land line and it’s not working my provider is BT and I subscribed to 2 sims and the EE mobile app now also is not working as well, any help ?

Breach of contract … terrible service

I’ve just joined from Vodafone and probably the worst decision I’ve ever made. The broadband has stopped working 5 times in less than a week.unless it is rectified I will be litigating for breach of contract.
