My contract finishes with the next 30 days and my account tells me i'm due an upgrade.
When I click to view my uograde options, it takes me to this page https://ee.co.uk/shop
However, the button to UPGRADE doesnt work and its the same on the app. I can't see any options to upgrde my sim or device
Anyone else having issues?

Is your online access to full account holder access or user only access? This may be causing the upgrade options not to show.
You can call the Customer Care team on 150 who can check your online access.
If you know the deal you're looking for, the upgrade team can also go through the options available and process the upgrade for you.
