Spoke to technical last week and was told that this was known problem and a fix was to be carried out on the 18th. Tried logging on both the app and online but the problems still seem to be there, getting a bit frustrating now. Deleted and reinstalled the app, cleared cache, updated etc with no change. Is there any update on this problem??

@colin19751 have you ever requested via customer services an account reset? If not I recommend you do.
