My profile is not loading

Can’t seem to log into the app or the website to view my profile. Just keeps returning an error. I have an upgrade going through in the next couple of days, could this be the reason? But it’s been going on since Monday so I don’t understand it. Help.

EE Chat

I’ve started a chat on EE but now I can’t find where my messages are. The notifications are coming through that someone is speaking to me but when I click on them they don’t go back to the chat. Does anyone know where I can find my messages please.
