EE app and website

Website and app

I have been trying to login to my account for the last few days using the app and the website and it comes up with there is a problem. I’ve tried using more than 1 phone so it’s definitely not the device I’m using. How long till this is resolved? 

Website keeps displaying page not found

is anyone else encountering a page not found page when trying to view contract options? Every phone I look at lets me select the deal then when I try to check it out it says page not found??

Changing a password

Has anyone tried to change their password on the appallingly poor EE website?  It has taken me an hour to get the right link to do so.The EE website is top the list for uselessness, being unfriendly and unnecessarily complicated. Shame on you EE.
