I want to know why EE spends so much money of a website that is total rubbish. Can't order a single thing from it. Add things to basket then tells you to log in to be told something is wrong! Tried on 3 different devices I'm losing my mind with this nonsense. Should not have to call 150 or go into stored to get products when you have a website that should allowed people to order online. This has been going on for years and by the looks of it EE do not care!

I'm sorry that you've been having trouble with our website for so long, this is definitely not what we expect to happen. Can I check, is it just after logging in that you get this error?

I get the same login error. I also get many login errors.
You add something to the basket and then it wants you to login. You login and the item is not in your basket. You remain logged in, add the item to your basket but it asks you to login again. So you do. When you do the item is either not in your basket or a website error occurs stating it's ee's fault not yours.
Rinse and repeat for 30 minutes until the last hair on your head has fallen out.
