Trying to go on the website and the app it it comes up with this is it normal or what?

Maintenance is usually performed overnight for a couple of hours, if you try it during the day it should work.

Website has been down as “carrying out some maintenance” for a couple of days. I’m hoping they’re upgrading their ordering system to allow those of us with broadband and TV to finally get the 1.6gbps together!

@Reign_in_Beard It hasn’t it’s only down at night for maintenance. if you can’t access your account during the day, then you need to call customer support and request an account reset

It’s been showing as under maintenance for me for the last couple of days. Day and night. Just took this screen grab now. If I click Log Out it shows me as logged in, but if I click anything it takes me back to the same maintenance message.
