Hello when i login online or in the app all i get is the following show up. i have called tons of times about this as it makes it harder for me to keep on top and track my bills. but no one has ever been able to help ive just been told pretty much like it or lump it.
Now being a customer since way before you brought the company "Orange" i thought i would get at least someone to look it to it to solve it considering you are so fast to be calling me up asking for money but ive had to wait since June when i upgraded that theres nothing that can be done. There must be something that can be done. They have tried unlinking the mobiles from my email and adding them back but that did nothing at all.
Please Help and get it sorted, Please do not reply and say to uninstall the app and install again.

Welcome to the community.
Thanks so much for letting me know what steps you have tried already. I understand it's not much fun having to repeat yourself and be no further forward in getting your online access back in place.
What have our Guides advised when speaking with us over the phone? Have any next steps been agreed?

Hello, over the phone i have pretty much just been told tough luck. ill just have to keep trying and hopefully it will log me in at one point.
This really isnt good at all. Cant see my bills or anything. Cant add anything. Cant change anything. May as well just leave and close my contracts down and go with a company that will actually bother to help and not just keep fobbing me off.
