I cannot currently manage my account on the app or the website, it is not possible to log into either because EE are ‘working on their services’ They state that for urgent enquiries I can call 150, but the recorded message there states office hours are 8am to 8pm.
The problem is my son is abroad, his phone is on my account and he has reached the spend cap so I need to increase it. How am I supposed to do that when I can’t log in anywhere? Any suggestions? Thanks

I'm disappointed to hear that you're experiencing trouble logging into your account online. Can you try again this morning to see if you're now able to get logged in successfully?
See our help page👉 Set up and manage Spend Cap for how to change this.
If you're still unable to log in, and your son is unable to use the text service listed on the help page, then please call our team, and they'll be able to manually change this for you.
