Ee have deleted my mums number from my account by mistake

She cannot ring out or anyone call her but WhatsApp and FaceTime work. I spent an hour on the phone with them yesterday as for some reason I had 5 lines they said they sorted it and kept my line and my mums lines open but now hers doesn’t work and only mine is working and showing up on my app - help I don’t want them to give the number to anyone else as she’s 75 and she’s had the same number for 25 years

Yes I know but when I was on the phone for an hour with  ee yesterday they have deleted her Number by mistake from my account instead of the number they were supposed to delete, nobody had been able to contact her or her call out in an emergency etc . I don’t know how to reactivate her number back onto my account so she can ring anyone especially her medical specialist

WhatsApp & Facetime are internet-based apps, just like BBC News, Sky Sports and the many hundreds of others.

Usage of apps requires an internet-connection, which can either be via mobile-data or WiFi.

FYI you have a short time after posting to edit your post.

Can you clarify what you mean by "deleting her number from my account" - are you referring to your myEE online account?

Or are you saying your Mum's phone has been disconnected from EE's network?

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum, so if you mean that a line has been disconnected in error, then that's highly unusual and would require access to your individual account to investigate further. EE-CS are available from 8am.
