Cannot get voicemail on page to load up

Hello,

I have the following issue with the EE app under voicemail when I tap this to open it the following message appears on the screen We could not load this information this is not your fault it’s ours try again come back a little later when we have fixed things. But this does not get fixed.

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks for coming to our community.

Do you have the same problem if you use a browser instead? 

How long have you been trying and getting this error?

Hello Lesley_W 

I have followed your instructions and sign in using web browser and Voicemail settings opened fine.

There must be a fault with the App.

Is there a way to report this issue back to EE so they can fix the issue with the app.
