App indicating message- sing in and none

My EE app has a no 1 on it, this usually indicates a message in app on my account in other apps. I log in and nowhere can I see a message and can’t get rid of the no showing on my screen, annoyingly?

Welcome to the EE Community

If you log into the EE app, press the "Help" Icon to the bottom right, and then go into "message us" do you see anything showing?
