Slow app

Does anyone know why the ee app is so slow takes forever to log in and it's nothing to do with signal as it's the same when on WiFi. Thanks

Cannot access my account through the app or on browzer

For the past week I cannot access my EE account through the app and I get limited information through the browzer, I keep getting a 'sorry we cannot access this info right now'I can't view my bill or do anythingCan anyone help please

Hi  to everyoneI made a monthly plan to my nubmer and after that i can not chack my ee acc. What is a problem? Today its also charged me 20.40£ from my debit card.
