I returned to EE from Sky three weeks ago and despite calls to 150 (Technical Support) I am still unable to link my phone to the App. What is ironic is that when I try and link my number I get a response that the number is not recognised yet I receive a four digit PIN from EE to enter before it tells me that !! I was told it was an issue at EE end that would be fixed first week in October but got another story when I called again. Please resolve !!

Thanks for stopping by the EE Community, and thanks for taking the time so let us know about the experience that you've had here.
I can really appreciate your disappointment if this hasn't been resolved as quickly as expected, but I'm confident our team will still be on the case with this.
Did you get a ticket raised and is somebody actively updating you on this?
