The Add on option has not been working for over a week now. Seems to be taking very long to find a solution. But also limited options to contact EE to ask for update.

Hi @jeanie23 

We're aware of a small number of EE customers with a similar problem. Our support teams are working on a fix as soon as possible. Have you tried the link that @XRaySpeX posted?

the issue seems to be reported as early as around the late April but the problem in add ons is still not fixed

Link does not work

Still no access to add ons
