My payment for data has been taken but my account says there is an error at the EE end with adding data?

I'm sorry you've had trouble adding data, have you been able to check your allowances to see if it has went on despite the error?

Hi,
The payment is taken, my data is still at 0 and the add data page has an ‘addons payment fault’ a problem at our end that we are working to resolve. I cannot text instructions because the sim is in a mini router and the app and the web display the same issue.

Thanks @geoffd2, have you been able to activate add-ons for the SIM in the past?

Also have you ever tried creating a login to manage this online?

Hi Peter,

I have a login in the web and in the app. I have been using this sim and topping it up when required for over a year. It is only now it has stopped working.
