Cannot access mobile bills on website

I changed a few months ago to a sim only plan and now I cannot see bills when I click on  BILLs in my account . It's a problem as I need to file them.  Any ideas ? Thanks so much

When you say you changed a few months ago to a SIM-Only plan was it as an upgrade? What did you change from?

So it's a separate contract. Did you link it to your EE a/c? In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.

Ah - I didn’t know I needed to do that but I don’t have a contract number as cannot see it ? Would I just add my phone number ( which is still the same ). Thank you

Your phone no. is the same as what? You old contract? If so, you did do an upgrade & this SIM-Only replaces your old contract. Any bill will now include this SIM-Only.
