I changed a few months ago to a sim only plan and now I cannot see bills when I click on BILLs in my account . It's a problem as I need to file them. Any ideas ? Thanks so much

When you say you changed a few months ago to a SIM-Only plan was it as an upgrade? What did you change from?

I had a monthly business plan . Decided to buy my own new handset and go SIM only, Thank you !

So it's a separate contract. Did you link it to your EE a/c? In your online MyEE: Home > Plans & Subs > Manage numbers > Add another number > Link EE mobile or SIM.

Your phone no. is the same as what? You old contract? If so, you did do an upgrade & this SIM-Only replaces your old contract. Any bill will now include this SIM-Only.
