Resolved! Live chat messaging

Is there any live chat or messaging as when I go to help on the app it’s telling me I have to call. I cannot call as I’m at hospital and unable to call.

Broadband issue

Hi I’ve successfully attached the broadband to the land line and it’s not working my provider is BT and I subscribed to 2 sims and the EE mobile app now also is not working as well, any help ?
