@Profile closed  Text BALANCE to 150.   What does it report back ?   Also text AL to 150 and what does that report back ?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

  • Contract £9.70 a month for 20GB I think its the app that’s messed up, I texted balance to 150 and it was correct on there.

Hi @Profile closed

If you login through the website, does it show the 60GB allowance or the 20GB?

Just checked now it says 60GB I have never asked for it to be 60GB which is confusing do you think I should phone the call center ? My next month bill is still £9.70 the same price.

If the price is still showing the same, I wouldn't worry about it @Profile closed

If you are getting more data than expected, we'll leave it like that. I'd only be concerned if you were getting less than agreed or the price was higher.
