Worse move from BT to EE … wish I hadn’t of done it … told it will be cheaper but no it isn’t !!!
also been charged twice for mobile phone bill and have to wait 7 days for refund which as left me short in money for another household bill which was due today !! EE are unhelpful … the stupid Ai chat bot is absolutely useless !!!
cannot wait till both broadband and phone contracts come to a end …. Then it’s bye bye EE !!
Been with EE 19 years and recently wanted an upgrade for my other mobile phone bill…. EE trying to charge me loads for a iPhone 13 … so switched to Tesco …. Cheaper and in fact the signal is way better than EE ever was !!!
so will be going Tesco when contracts on other line and broadband come to a end !!
EE are about as useful as a chocolate teapot !!

Hello @Ruby2023 ,

Welcome to the community,

The upfront cost should only be pending, but you do have to give them time to clear your account, this is down to the bank to do this. You should have made sure before you decided on the phone you were going to purchase, EE has never said they were the cheapest, but if you are now happy with Tescos then so be it. Phones are not cheap and brand new ones are expensive, you could have chosen a refurbished one, which would have been cheaper.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using web based app or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.
