Waited 14 working days to get refund and it never arrived. Phoned had a seriously rude customer service rep that was useless and repeated an obvious script in front of her. When I asked for call reference number and employee name as I missed it at the beginning she hung up.  Have no idea if I will ever receive my refund and no idea how to complain about it as it’s not an option when you ring 150. Absolute joke of a company and customer service.

This is definitely not the experience we would expect you to have when speaking to our customer service team and I'm sorry that you haven't had a resolution to your refund query.

You can see the ways to make a complaint here Make a Complaint. The team will be able to check your refund status and address what happened when you called.
