Hello im trying to unlink my account so i can add all my products i have with u on one account as i currently have my mobile accont on one email an broadband an tv on another one 

Entering details on updated app

When I went to check my latest Bill from EE I had to update the EE App, I did this put in the details they asked and won't accept my details that they gave always had on record.I can't check my latest Bill......what do I do?
