I can't seem to generate any information when using the the "Most frequently text numbers" hyperlink. The other two quick filters work, "Most frequently called numbers" and "Everything over 50p" these generate results. I know texts have been sent through out the period to different numbers and several times.

Hi @354-

Thanks for your question.

Are these definitely texts that would have been sent through the network? A lot of phones these days send them through a data connection such as iMessage for Apple and RCS for Android and may not have been sent as a text to capture that data.

Hi @Lesley_W ,

Yes, the messages sent were definitely SMS text messages, not any other type. The text messages that were sent, are listed, when making use of the "Text Message to Mobile" filter checkbox, with timestamp and destination number.

@Lesley_W - I have generated a few more texts as a test, ran the quick filter again for "Most frequently text number". The returned result is "No usage for this account"

Thanks, @354-

I'm going to try and get this fed back to our EE Online team to see if they can replicate and fix this. Just so I'm clear, is this through your EE Online account, when checking itemisation? Do you pay for itemised bills?

@Christopher_G - Yes, both screengrabs are from the EE web online account - the 30 day "usage" dashboard - where you can see line items for a 30 day period of, calls, texts, data, all with timestamps.  I have a PAYG account - I don't think PAYG get charged for itemised bills?!

Understood, thanks @354-

We're feeding it back to the relevant team so they can look into it, and hopefully get a fix in place.

Thanks for letting us know. 🙂
