Haven't been able to login to my ee app for 6 months also unable to see bills on website

Thanks for coming to the community.

What happens when you try to login to the EE app? Do you see an error message?

Are you able to login through the EE website, but just can't then see the bills? 

What happens when you try to view the bills?

I'm getting this all the time I deleted the app and reinstall but doesn't work phone ee but no help at all also can log into web site but will not my mobile or broadband bills Sent from my Galaxy

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing these issues, i can imagine how frustrating this must be. 

When you try to view your bills on the website what happens? Do you see an error message?
