If you are having trouble logging in, please try to delete the app and install it again to see if that works.
If it doesn't, it is also worth trying to login through the EE website to check if you can login there.
If you aren't able to login to either, it indicates that there is something with your account that needs to be looked at. If the app only doesn't work, we'd need to look at that.
Our tech guides would be the best people to speak to for help with that, so if you give them a call they can look at it further for you.
