I have just had my EE Smart hub installed I am unable to manage the broadband via the app which a lot of features are only accessible through. I can sign in initially after reinstalling the app but it then just hangs trying to load up.
Very annoying long calls to EE to then be told that this has been ongoing scince last August!!!!

Yeh I’ve got the same issue. I’ve also tried calling support a few times but to no avail. Will post back here if I do get to the bottom of it but if anyone else finds a solution do let us know. (I’d also be interested to know how widespread this problem is as the agent I did manage to speak said I wasn’t the only one with this issue)
