I am trying to register for ee perks (and have verified my work e-mail address), but I keep getting told that my login credentials are invalid. When I try to use the forgot password option, I don't get the promised e-mail. I called 150 and spent 45 minutes on a call with someone who didn't really seem to know what they were doing. The told me they would send the codes by text, this was three days ago and still nothing.

Are you using the work email you registered with to log into the perk account?
Have you tried requesting the forgot password link to your the work and personal email address?
