Ee perk cannot generate code

Hi I am having the same issue please can somebody help me!!!

Hi I am having the same problem. I called and was confirmed that I can add a new line but it is still saying that i’m unable to add a new product. I would like to do it myself online and also to generate a EE Perks code but i’m having problem with both of that. Can somebody check my account please?
