I have just joined EE on a Full Works plan SIM only.

I would like to add another SIM only plan for my wife. As of yet I am
unable to do this. I get the message:

You're unable to add another product to your account at this time.

I have not yet paid my first bill. Would you know if this is normal and how
long it takes to be able to add another SIM only plan?
