I recently bought a handheld gaming device, the lenovo legion go s, it said "pay today £10" so I paid that when I ordered it on the 31st of October. However, when I got my bill in November I was billed £22 for the item plus an extra £10 charge which is written as lenovo legion go s. So I've been charged again for the initial fee I already paid to have it sent out. Why has this happened and what can I do about it?

Good morning @jessica1963
Thanks for reaching out here on the community.
I was just wondering on your bill does it also show -£10 as you initially paid the upfront cost?
If the bill does not show that, it might be worth Contacting one or our guides, they will be able to look into this for you.
Thanks
