Hi,
I recently ordered AirPods and when initially checking out I had encountered an error and had to recheck out which went through and I received a confirmation email as usual.
Upon checking my bank statement, I have realised I have been double charged for the AirPods for the initial error, and have not received any confirmation.
I used guest check-out so I can't link these to my account & I have called 150 already.
Is there an external number I can call to get to the bottom of this issue?
