I ordered a pair of Sony earbuds Friday. Money was taken from my account, I still haven’t had a confirmation email.
nobody answers the phone.
can’t track my order without a reference number.
can someone from ee sort this out please?

Are you an existing EE customer and added this to your mobile account, or are you a brand new customer and purchased it outright?
