Trouble linking number to account

my old number has ported over now and can receive calls but I cannot link my sim to my account. I input my number for a code to confirm it’s me however I never receive the text from EE no matter how many times I try

I Can't view my bill

Anyone else having issues on their EE app and desktop with regards to viewing bills. I am unable to view previous and current bills. This has been like this for the last 6 days
