Can't access store, can't use website

Trying to upgrade my phone but can't access the store as it continuously loops and tried to connect before landing on this page:

Even trying to access the home page returns me to this page.

Works in a private window but browsing the site in my main window is still broken. Logging in and out in and out does nothing. I'll just use a private window

@JVokes  Have you tried clearing the browser history and cookies? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

This is all on Firefox.

Ctrl-f5 makes no difference.

I'll try a private window.

Also, I love having to not only sign up for an account to help me use a shop to buy things but also I get spammed with endless emails telling every little pointless badge I've earned to thank me.

Private window works for the store you mean?

Wouldn't know about the store, but private window making no difference for me for the website, either on mobile or pc. See my latest post here:
