When you mention being unable to see your bill, have you checked to see if it's just the app affected, or are you struggling via the browser version too?
Also are you able to see the other details of your account, such as your price plan and personal details?

What do you see when you login on both the app and the website @Gloria15.
Are you able to see any account details at all?
If you haven't received the PIN to link the account you shouldn't see any information.
