Why does the EE website never work?

Doesn't matter if I am on my phone or computer, this website never works. I just get errors saying I can't log in or the same page loads over and over again, no matter what link I click. At this point I just want to upgrade my plan and instead I might just change providers. Anyone else always having this issue?

It's still doing it it after all this time, you would have thought a business that actually gives a  sh** about it's customer experience might have fixed it, but oh no not EE 👎🏻

This night explain why website doesn't work, making people purchase in-person , no 14 day cooling off period then 👎🏻

Because EE don't care for customers only monthly bills.

Both their website and app are awful and never seem to be fixed. It keeps saying I'm due an upgrade, so I follow the link and end up going round in circles, end up at a blank screen or randomly back at the home screen.

Half Their features are always unavailable. You can't cancel an outdated contract online nor in-store,only over the phone. Worst of all their network coverage/ speed has dropped significantly over the past few years yet their prices have raised without even hinting at a discount for loyal customers that have been with them for many years. I'm really debating changing provider on this upgrade which will be a shame.

I am sorry you have been having issues with using your online account, are the issues happening on just the EE website or when logging into the EE app also?  

this is useless, when i try and go to the broadband account to pay my bill i get constant apache server errors so cannot pay the bill without phoning, i just want to pay my bill online how difficult is that, i have tried on my phone and my pc and get the same error every time, and it was the same for the last month as well so the issues are not getting fixed
