I want to commend "Nick" in EE's billing department. I spoke to him on 16 June as I had been given conflicting and confusing advice by BT and accurate but incomplete advice by an earlier conversation with EE. I had various issues relating to a switch from BT to EE. Nick was not only able to advise me 100% accurately, but he stayed with me and talked me through the steps I needed to take, very patiently, and even phoned me back to check I had managed successfully. I would hope that my appreciation can be fed back to him and also noted by his line manager
