New revamped version of MY EE app is complete rubbish.

Clearly not tested properly before release.  It fails to show the most important info (remaining data/mins/texts).  Even if it did work, it would require several clicks to reach the page.  Also, most links take you out of the app and into the website.  So completely useless, I advise not to upgrade to this version until it is fixed.

Couldn't agree more. Typical EE trying to fix something that isn't broke ans ultimately making it worse. Rubbish app

Yep, hardly anything works. Reward section (which is what I guess is the new big thing) doesn’t load and keep saying it needs refreshing.

Tye free add ons isn’t adding in the smart benefit. In tutorial in the beginning teaches you nothing and the UI is utter rubbish.

The old one actually was good and it made sense. I cannot even see clearly my options to upgrade either. We should have the option to delay the update or roll back until early adopters Guinea pig it. The release process is a massive joke and looks like the work of contractors.

It's a total disgrace the way EE customer have been treated. There should be a blog our stats page updating customers. I feel sorry for they guy here in the EE who have too answer and defend their company.

I know someone who was in contact with the BBC and they are meeting with them to show how the ee ap app fails to work.

I get the impression EE don't give a 4 x about resolving the issues with this app its been weeks with very little progress.

The app should be withdrawn and replaced with a pp proving very basic info until they are to able resolve the many issues.

Your post is from last year and up to now the problems you highlighted still persist! Another bad issue with the app is: the Q&As suggested in the ’help’ section are completely different from what you find whilst using the app; for example, a help instructs that you edit recurring payg payments on the homepage of the app… however i was almost going crazy looking at every single letter on the homepage without seeing anything as such!

I started this conversation early August last year.  Within a couple of weeks all the major issues were fixed.  FYI, I have been using this app successfully ever since.
