Good luck mate I had a £55 contract and £8 in one I lost my £55 phone so got upgrade next day dpd delivered my phone asking for a pin I knew nothing about so I ring ee for them to tell me they sent the pin to my lost phone and just as you think they couldn’t employ someone more stupid they say we send it your £8 phone and your new phone will be with you tomorrow. 👍 cracking lol not . Gets new phone manage get most my apps and passwords back to receive a £120 bill the numptys changed contracts with the £8 contract I pay for my mum 84 yrs old couldn’t even send a text if she tryed now she got top phone as much gig as she likes . I explain what they done they say swap phones get new cheap contract on other phone sounded ok then realised it’s my work phone I needed my number . They tell me send first phone back that dpd didn’t give me and we send you new one . Then realising it’s the second one they ask me to do same thing . I say send me new one first then I can change over my apps and still receive work till new one comes . Couldn’t do it couldn’t get round how they was going to swap contacts over so after few more days I ask them swap numbers over surely that’s not to hard . Anyway after 3 months of £120 bills refusing to turn my phone back on unless I pay full bill that I couldn’t afford that they would refund after sorted . Mmm that’s nice of them I thought they must be on the floor . Anyway 3 months all sorted until I’m getting charged for late payment 😞there sending my old mum the bill she’s not telling me . Sorts it out on phone month later charge again must sent 20 msgs waiting till 10.30 pm for reply and all deleted next day . Now I’m going wonky what a shambles . Ring again man say it’s not our responsibility to send you when bill is due . I get that but I’ve been with them for yrs and I know every customer get a text telling them so the man is putting the over charge on my bill even though first man said it was dealt with. . So after hearing on there options 1.2.3 etc saying please treat our employees like you would like to be treated . So I turn the tables and treat them as they treated me lol it don’t work they mug you off put phone down . Were we go from here I don’t know . in touch with ombudsman see get contract dropped I’m not paying for the rubbish and the insults they call ok. Customer service . Vidaphone better deals get numbers changed over over night no probs and cheaper . That’s without the shop like a playground and treated like I had leprosy. Complete waste of life this firm if your billy no mates it’s perfect

I am very sorry you have experienced these problems with us, this is not what we want to happen.
Can I just check, has the bills been looked into and any incorrect charges refunded? Have you had the phone sent to you?

I’ve got the phone and swapped over numbers to both on the contract but now I’m not receiving msgs telling me how much and when my bill is due as it’s still being sent to my mums phone ( originally my old phone but had to swap numbers because you messed up ) anyway I’ve 2 bills saying due on 4th both been paid before but still been charged for late payments ???? Basically I need late payments removed and the curtesy msg about bill due and how much to be sent to the original number they used to send it to instead of my mums number as I’m bill payer . I understand it’s a curtesy msg and not law but over the yrs I’ve been with you you have always sent me one and everyone else I know I’m just asking something simple can you send it to other number on my contract instead pls . Don’t ask me to take a breather and have a glass of water as man on customer service team said . 2 months ago it was sorted apparently but no . You taking my frustration as a joke and at a cost . You don’t like to be treated as I’ve been treated but fast enough to tell us treat your team as you would like to be treated . What a joke . I’ve paid my bill but not paid late payment and I won’t be again and if you cut both my phones off like last time I will instantly closing both accounts. Ombudsman are already dealing with part my issues cos there’s no way I’m paying for breaking contract when everything is your fault . My phone is my work phone and my other phone is in use by my mother over 80 yr old that could need to call someone urgent at any time and you tell me have a breather and glass water lol what a liberty. If I get cut off or not sorted by next bill I’m gone and action will be taken against you . You are no longer taking me for a cup

Over 4 months I been trying to get the bill payer to be swapped over as the non bill payer on my account is getting my bill reminders my deals and notifications and all I keep getting is being charged £7 for late payment even though I still have £7 outstanding from couple months ago and even though I payed it on time it’s still on my bill ?? What’s happened to EE that we had couple year ago I’ve had nothing but agg problems stress mistakes rudeness phone and shop . Everything seems to be to much for them to handle. Been sending them msgs on chat for 4 months being told your 30 mins your 1hr 25 mins and even 4 hrs waiting time and 4 months later still waiting for my reply from all msgs I sent and not even a sorry . There’s better service better deals elsewhere I won’t be doing another contract with them that’s for sure … what makes me laugh is I’m constantly hear is treat our staff the way you would like to be treated lol how about treat us like you would like to be treated . If only people could see what you put me through so far this year . all down to yourselves your mistakes and trying to blame me even though we still haven’t got them sorted . Disgrace @ totally

How about you tell me what’s been done so far ??? Even now you’re asking me questions when your screen should be telling you everything . Your asking me have you looked into my bills and have you refunded me yet lol if I said you owe me 10k you would take my word for it . Can’t believe your asking me questions I been asking you and no never ever received the phone as dpd wouldn’t give me it because I had no code to give him because you sent it to my lost/stolen phone . The reason for the new phone/ contract . lol I don’t know what’s worse this or your shop playing ip dip dog **bleep** among the staff who’s gonna serve me . Wish you paid me by the hour the time Ive spent calling and waiting this year and over 4 months your still asking me your questions and the things you should know . Even the complaints department needs a complaints department and bet the top dog is on Vodafone saving it off stress free lol crazy firm
