Good luck mate I had a £55 contract and £8 in one I lost my £55 phone so got upgrade next day dpd delivered my phone asking for a pin I knew nothing about so I ring ee for them to tell me they sent the pin to my lost phone and just as you think they couldn’t employ someone more stupid they say we send it your £8 phone and your new phone will be with you tomorrow. 👍 cracking lol not . Gets new phone manage get most my apps and passwords back to receive a £120 bill the numptys changed contracts with the £8 contract I pay for my mum 84 yrs old couldn’t even send a text if she tryed now she got top phone as much gig as she likes . I explain what they done they say swap phones get new cheap contract on other phone sounded ok then realised it’s my work phone I needed my number . They tell me send first phone back that dpd didn’t give me and we send you new one . Then realising it’s the second one they ask me to do same thing . I say send me new one first then I can change over my apps and still receive work till new one comes . Couldn’t do it couldn’t get round how they was going to swap contacts over so after few more days I ask them swap numbers over surely that’s not to hard . Anyway after 3 months of £120 bills refusing to turn my phone back on unless I pay full bill that I couldn’t afford that they would refund after sorted . Mmm that’s nice of them I thought they must be on the floor . Anyway 3 months all sorted until I’m getting charged for late payment 😞there sending my old mum the bill she’s not telling me . Sorts it out on phone month later charge again must sent 20 msgs waiting till 10.30 pm for reply and all deleted next day . Now I’m going wonky what a shambles . Ring again man say it’s not our responsibility to send you when bill is due . I get that but I’ve been with them for yrs and I know every customer get a text telling them so the man is putting the over charge on my bill even though first man said it was dealt with. . So after hearing on there options 1.2.3 etc saying please treat our employees like you would like to be treated . So I turn the tables and treat them as they treated me lol it don’t work they mug you off put phone down . Were we go from here I don’t know . in touch with ombudsman see get contract dropped I’m not paying for the rubbish and the insults they call ok. Customer service . Vidaphone better deals get numbers changed over over night no probs and cheaper . That’s without the shop like a playground and treated like I had leprosy. Complete waste of life this firm if your billy no mates it’s perfect

Mobile don’t care team you mean lol na still waiting matey. Be nice to get that £7 you charged me for late payment couple months ago off as well. or you still looking back to see if I did pay it on time ?? I’m not paying it mate I wasn’t late and if they dare cut me off for it like last time when I didn’t owe but made me pay it until the problem was sorted lol you want Peter potless to give fat cat he’s money until you sort out the fat cats mistakes and problems he gave potless Pete. ??
